This invention was so effective that instruments for its implementation have been produced for more than 20 years.
In 1997, the first vacuum tool was delivered to customers. The design of the spectrometer allows the analysis of non-flowing liquids and powders (helium), without the need for external cooling. This significantly reduces the costs of analysis as well as expanding the fields of application. This instrument became the most powerful XRF spectrometer produced and manufactured in Russia. Hundreds of vacuum spectrometers have been employed in various fields of industry and science.
At the beginning of the XXI century, to meet the requirements of the oil industry, Spectron launched the sulfur analyzer, which has become one of the best EDX sulfur analyzers with a combination of high analytical features and simplicity of operation.
Responding to new environmental protection requirements, the WDX sulfur analyzer was introduced to customers in 2011.
