• The Lintel PSB-10 device for determining the aging of bitumen under the influence of high temperature and air is designed to implement the effect of high temperature and air on a moving thin film of bitumen
• The device automatically maintains and controls the air temperature inside the working area, the rotation speed of the sample drum, the rotation speed of the centrifugal fan and the air flow rate coming out through the nozzle.
• The built-in compressor with a low noise level (no more than 38 dBA) allows using the PSB-10 without connecting to a compressed air supply system (compressor)
• The chamber of the device is made of stainless steel with reliable thermal insulation. The door has a double-layer window for visual control of the testing process.
• To ensure safe operation, the device is equipped with a system that stops all actuators when the door is opened or the control unit fails, and the residual current device will promptly disconnect the power supply to the device in the event of an emergency.
• The device is supplied complete with a standard rotameter for checking and calibrating the air flow sensor.
• To check the device readings during certification and calibration of the built-in temperature sensor, it is possible to install a reference thermometer (optional)
• The device is controlled using a built-in keyboard, test parameters and results are displayed on a digital display in real time.
• Full self-diagnostic system with indication of causes of malfunctions on the display
• Stopping the testing process at the end of the analysis with an audible signal
• Upon additional request, it is possible to configure the apparatus for testing according to the standards GOST 32185, ODM 218.7.005, ASTM D2872, AASHTO T240, STM 346.
