BNTI-05-04 Refrigerated bath

Cooling constant temperature bath for standard test methods for low-temperature properties of fuels.

Working temperature range -70…+5 °С.

Four bath tanks 4 liters in volume and 150 mm in depth.

BNTI-05-04 refrigerated bath is ideally suited for:

• ASTM D97 (ISO 3016) Standard Test Method for Pour Point of Petroleum Products;
• ASTM D7346 Standard Test Method for No Flow Point of Petroleum Products;
• ASTM D2386 (ISO 3013) Standard Test Method for Freezing Point of Aviation Fuels;
• ASTM D2500 Standard Test Method for Cloud Point of Petroleum Products;
• ASTM D6371 Standard Test Method for Cold Filter Plugging Point of Diesel and Heating Fuels.

BNTI-05-04 refrigerated bath equipped with four separate bath tanks and allows to carry out tests at different temperature simultaneously.

Benefits

• Each working bath has its own temperature controller and equipped with a separate pipe with tap for draining the thermal fluid.
• The excess of the thermal fluid formed while heating expelled from the working baths into a single overflow pipe and poured out into a collection tank.
• If necessary, unused working baths can be turned off and do not consume the power of the refrigeration machine.
• The cam switch on the front panel duplicates the power switch located on the back of the bath.
• Optimal control of the refrigeration machine ensures rapid heating and cooling of the thermostat when changing the set point.
• Feet-wheels allow move heavy bath without excessive force.
